Without access to affordable medication, many of our community's most vulnerable members go untreated, leading to poor individual outcomes, less-than-desired community health, and increased emergency and acute care costs.
Bringing a Dispensary of Hope Site to Manhattan
By joining forces with Ascension Via Christi Hospital, healthcare providers, and other non-profit organizations, the Manhattan Community Health Foundation, through the generosity of our community, will assist in creating a Dispensary of Hope site in Manhattan.

Community generosity helped the foundation exceed its goal of raising more than $50,000 at the 2024 Crystal Gala.

The Foundation raised more the $50,000 needed to create and equip the space, join the national Dispensary of Hope network, and operate the site through Ascension Via Christi Hospital Manhattan. This will provide a reliable source of medication for low-income, chronically ill patients for three years.
